Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of Vanessa Megan, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must like Vanessa Megan and Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park social media pages as indicated AND sign up to the Vanessa Megan database before 11:59pm AEDT, 18th October 2025. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Vanessa Megan. Entrant details may be shared with Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park for their own marketing purposes, subject to each party’s privacy policy.

3. Prize Details: One prize only. The prize includes: Vanessa Megan Time Capsule Facial for Two (90 minutes), The Gallery High Tea for Two: Signature Buffet High Tea, Wellness Centre Access for Two: Access to pool, spa, steam, sauna, and gym at Level 22, Sheraton Fitness and On The Park Rejuvenation Day Spa (subject to venue operating hours and conditions) and complimentary parking.

The prize is provided in conjunction with Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. Any additional costs incurred (including travel to/from the venue, additional food and beverage, and any extras not expressly stated) are the responsibility of the winner. Booking is subject to availability. Blackout dates and venue operating hours may apply. The winner must comply with all venue terms and conditions.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn at random on the 22nd October 2025 at 10:00 am AEDT. Winners will be contacted via email within 2 hours of the prize being drawn. Winner will also be announed across our social media channels

5. Prize Claim: The prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification. If not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn.

6. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Redemption window: The prize must be booked and fully redeemed by 31 December 2026. Failure to book and redeem by this date will result in forfeiture. Identification and proof of eligibility may be required at the time of redemption.

8. Privacy: Personal information is collected by Vanessa Megan to administer the competition and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Vanessa Megan privacy policy. Entrant details may be shared with Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park for their own marketing purposes, handled in accordance with their privacy policy. Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe links provided.

9. Consent for Content Creation: By entering, participants consent to reasonable content capture (photo/video) during prize fulfilment for use across the marketing channels of Vanessa Megan and Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the promoter in writing prior to redemption; accommodation of such requests is subject to feasibility at the venue.

10. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the prize or any part of it becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulations.

9. Promoter: Vanessa Megan Pty Ltd (Promoter). This promotion is run in conjunction with Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
