STEP 1 – CLEANSE & EXFOLIATE (AM or PM): Apply a small amount of the Rosemary & Jojoba Bead Exfoliating Cream Cleanser onto damp skin and massage in gentle circular motions for 2–3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Suitable for daily use depending on skin tolerance.

STEP 2 – MOISTURISE (AM): Apply the Vitamin A+B+C Daily Face Cream onto face, neck and décolletage each morning. Massage in until fully absorbed. Suitable for daily use and wears well throughout the day.

STEP 3 – DEODORISE (AM or as needed): Apply the Wild Sage & Sandalwood Roll-On Deodorant directly to clean, dry underarms. Allow to dry before dressing. Reapply as needed throughout the day.

STEP 4 – NOURISH HAIR (PM or before styling): Dispense 2–4 drops of the Argan & Coconut Hydrating Hair Oil into the palm of your hand. Work through damp or dry hair from mid-lengths to ends. Can also be applied directly to the scalp for an overnight treatment.

STEP 5 – SCALP MASSAGE (2–3 x per week): Using the Scalp Massager, apply gentle circular pressure across the scalp for 3–5 minutes, ideally after applying the hair oil. This stimulates blood circulation to promote healthier hair growth and enhances product absorption.
