Refunds and Returns

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply reach out to our customer care team via email, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label to make the process easy and stress-free.

We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind after 30 days, however if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery

We offer delivery across Australia. Estimated delivery dates will appear at checkout, and while we always do our best to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays outside our control may occur.

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply once your order arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict or cover these additional costs.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. You will not receive a pro-rated refund upon cancellation.
