How to Use Gua Sha

All Vanessa Megan™ creams, oils and serums pair perfectly with Sculpt & Flow.

1. Start with clean hands and freshly cleansed skin.
2. Apply your chosen Vanessa Megan™ face oil, serum or cream — there should always be enough slip.
3. Following the diagram provided, glide the tool gently over each area of the face and neck three to five times, using upward and outward strokes.
4. Use lighter pressure around the eyes and forehead, and medium to firm pressure on the cheeks, jawline and neck.
5. Press the pointed edge gently into acupressure points, holding for a slow count of three while breathing deeply.

A temporary flush is normal and signals increased circulation. Redness should fade within 20–30 minutes.
