#VMGLOWUP Terms & Conditions
1. CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
The #VMGlowUp campaign ("Campaign") is operated by Vanessa Megan Skincare ("VM", "we", "us", "our") and is open to existing customers sharing their skincare transformation results. This campaign will run from the 25th April 2025 through to midnight on the 30th June 2025 and may be extended at our discretion.
2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS IF SELECTED TO BE REPOSTED BY VM
- Participants must submit original, high-resolution before and after images or videos ("Content")
- Content must be provided in original file format
- Content must showcase genuine results using VM products
- Submissions must include details of VM products used
- All persons featured in Content must be 18 years or older, or have guardian consent
3. CONTENT RIGHTS & USAGE
By submitting Content, participants:
- Grant VM unlimited, worldwide, perpetual rights to use the Content
Authorize VM to use Content across all marketing channels including but not limited to:
- Website
- Social media platforms
- Email marketing
- Paid advertising
- Print materials
- Digital marketing - Agree that VM may edit, crop, or modify Content as needed
- Confirm they own all rights to the Content submitted
4. COMPENSATION & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
- Successful submissions will receive a one-time $100 VM Gift Card for each piece of content repurposed by VM.
- VM will credit participants by tagging their social media handles when Content is used
- No additional compensation or remuneration will be provided
- Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards will be issued only after receipt of original image/video files
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
VM reserves the right to:
- Verify the authenticity of all submissions
- Reject submissions that don't meet requirements
- Modify or end the Campaign at any time
- Use Content indefinitely without additional compensation
- Multiple submissions are allowed, but only one gift card per person
- Gift cards will be issued within 30 days of Content approval
6. EXCLUSIONS
- Employees of VM and their immediate family members are not eligible
- Professional models or paid endorsements are not eligible
- Previously published or sponsored content is not eligible
7. PRIVACY
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with VM's Privacy Policy
- Participants agree to join VM's mailing list (opt-out available)
8. DISCLAIMER
- Results shown in submissions may vary between individuals
- VM makes no guarantees about specific skincare results
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These terms are governed by Australian law
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts
