Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Vanessa Megan Pty Ltd (ABN: 67 155 021 079 of 2 Shepherd Street, Marrickville NSW 2204 (“Vanessa Megan”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in collaboration with Sheraton on the Park Sydney (“Sheraton”). Vanessa Megan is the data controller for entries submitted via the Vanessa Megan website.
   
2. Competition name: VM x Sheraton on the Park - The Suite Life Giveaway
   
3. Competition period: Entry opens at 6am AEST on 2 June 2026 and closes at midnight AEST 14th June 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside the Competition Period are not eligible.
4. Eligibility
   4.1 Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
   4.2 Directors, officers, employees and contractors of Vanessa Megan, Sheraton, their agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
   4.3 Meta and Google are not a sponsor or organiser of this Competition and is not liable in any way.
   
5. How to enter
   5.1 To enter, during the Competition Period an entrant must:
   (a) follow both @vanessameganskincare and @sheratongrandsydney on Instagram;
   (b) visit the competition landing page at https://www.vanessamegan.com/pages/the-suite-life-sheraton-giveaway; and
   (c) complete and submit the entry form with their full name, valid email address and Instagram handle and tick the required consent boxes.
   5.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.
   5.3 Automated or bulk entries are not permitted. Vanessa Megan reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is, in its reasonable opinion, fraudulent or made in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
   
6. Prize
   6.1 The total prize is a single package for the winner and one guest comprising:
   (a) Two consecutive nights’ accommodation for two adults in a Sheraton Suite at Sheraton on the Park Sydney (room only), including breakfast and standard parking (one vehicle);
   (b) A $200 dinner credit to be used at Sydney Common;
   (c) Sunday Grand Seafood Buffet for two at Sheraton on the Park Sydney;
   (d) One Vanessa Megan Signature spa treatment per guest at the Sheraton on the Park Spa (subject to the Spa team’s confirmed offer); and
   (e) One Vanessa Megan luxury skincare gift bag per guest.
   6.2 The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The winner must book their stay and spa appointment in accordance with the booking instructions provided by Sheraton and accept Sheraton’s standard booking terms. Any components of the prize not redeemed by the winner (for any reason) will be forfeited.
   6.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash unless otherwise agreed in writing by Vanessa Megan. Vanessa Megan and Sheraton reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with an item of equal or greater value, for any reason.
   
7. Prize value
   7.1 The total recommended retail value (RRP) of the prize is approximately AUD $3,500. This is a guide only. Vanessa Megan accepts no responsibility for any change in the value of the prize.
   
8. Winner selection and notification
   8.1 The winner will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will be conducted at Vanessa Megan Headquarters, 2 Shepherd Street Marrickville NSW 2204 by a representative of Vanessa Megan.
   8.2 The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw and announced on Vanessa Megan’s Instagram account and/or Sheraton on the Park’s Instagram account. If a winner does not respond to the notification within seven (7) days, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, Vanessa Megan may select an alternative winner in accordance with the prize draw process.
   8.3 All decisions of Vanessa Megan are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
9. Winner obligations
   9.1 The winner must comply with all reasonable requests from Vanessa Megan and Sheraton to arrange prize fulfilment, including providing proof of identity and age. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
   9.2 The winner and guest must adhere to Sheraton’s booking and check-in requirements and any applicable spa consent and pre-treatment screening. The winner and guest are responsible for their own travel to and from Sheraton on the Park Sydney unless otherwise stated.
   
10. Publicity
    10.1 By entering the Competition, entrants consent to Vanessa Megan and Sheraton using their name, suburb/state, entry content, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes relating to this Competition without further reference, payment or other compensation, unless otherwise advised.
    10.2 The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, including photography and/or interviews.
    
11. Data, privacy and use of personal information
    11.1 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Vanessa Megan and Sheraton for the purpose of administering the Competition and for marketing purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and each party’s Privacy Policy.
    11.2 By entering, entrants consent to Vanessa Megan sharing their entry details (full name, email address and Instagram handle) with Sheraton on the Park Sydney for marketing and prize fulfilment purposes. Data will be handled in accordance with Vanessa Megan’s Privacy Policy and Sheraton’s Privacy Policy.
    11.3 Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting Vanessa Megan at hello@vanessamegan.com or Sheraton at sales.sydney@sheraton.com. Requests to access or correct personal information should be directed to the relevant privacy contact listed in the linked Privacy Policies.
    11.4 Vanessa Megan will use reasonable security measures to protect personal information, however no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure.
    
12. Liability and release
    12.1 To the extent permitted by law, Vanessa Megan and Sheraton will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury arising in connection with the Competition or the prize except to the extent caused by their negligence or wilful misconduct.
    12.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.
    
13. General
    13.1 Vanessa Megan reserves the right to: (a) cancel, suspend or modify the Competition where necessary; (b) refuse to award the prize (or any part of the prize) to a person who in Vanessa Megan’s reasonable opinion has breached these Terms & Conditions, or (c) disqualify any entry which contains offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate material.
    13.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute.
    
14. Definitions
    14.1 In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
    “Entrant” means a person who submits a valid entry during the Competition Period.
    “Prize” means the total prize package described in clause 6.
    “RRP” means recommended retail price.
