1. Eligibility and Approval
1.1. Minimum Purchase Requirement
Stockists must purchase a minimum of $2,000 (excluding GST) to be eligible to become a VM and/or Metamorphosis stockist. Subsequent orders must be a minimum of $500.
1.2. Pre-Approval
Stockists must receive pre-approval from Vanessa Megan Skincare Pty Ltd prior to placing their initial order.
2. Training
2.1. Initial Training
Vanessa Megan Skincare Pty Ltd will provide training for new spa partners of the VM & Metamorphosis treatment range.
- Face to face training will only be provided to exclusive stockists who carry 3 or more VM facials
- Online training with support videos is available for smaller accounts who carry less than 3 facials on their menu.
- Onsite advanced facial training will be provided for all stockists of Metamorphosis, certificates will be provided on completion.
2.2. Trainer Expenses
Vanessa Megan Skincare Pty Ltd covers the trainer’s travel costs; however, stockists are responsible for accommodation and meals for the trainer. Any costs incurred due to changes in a mutually agreed training date will be borne by the stockist.
2.3. Ongoing Training
Ongoing product and treatment delivery training will be provided for additional training needs. This may be done digitally or in person at the discretion of Vanessa Megan Skincare.
3. Ordering and Retail Support Program
3.1. Opening Orders
Opening orders are to be placed using the order form. Your dedicated account manager will work with you to assist you with a suggested order. Once approved, payment in full is required before the order will be dispatched.
3.2. B2B Ordering Portal
On-going orders are to be placed via the B2B portal, a login will be created once you have completed your on-boarding process and training. You will automatically move onto 30-day account terms.
3.3. Retail Support Program
- 1-5 units of a retail SKU ordered: 5 samples of that product
- 6 units of a retail SKU ordered: 5 samples and a tester
- 7+ units of a retail SKU ordered: 10 samples and a tester
3.4. Tester Purchases
Testers may be purchased at 75% off RRP at the discretion of Vanessa Megan.
3.5. Order Changes
Once an order has been submitted, no changes can be made. Any changes required must be submitted as a new order and will be processed and invoiced separately.
3.6. Admin Fee for Online, Phone, or Emailed Orders
A fee for Online, Phone, or Emailed Orders will apply as follows:
- For orders between $500 and $2,500, an admin fee of $50 will apply.
- For orders exceeding $2,500, a 5% charge of the order value will apply.

4. Invoicing and Payment
4.1. Invoice Issuance
Vanessa Megan Skincare Pty Ltd will issue invoices. Orders will be dispatched within 3-7 working days of the order.
4.2. Payment Terms
- Orders over $10,000 require a 50% upfront payment upon purchase order submission.
- Invoices must be paid directly into Vanessa Megan Skincare Pty Ltd bank account or via the payment link within the invoice.

4.4. Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.8%.
5. Shipping and Handling
5.1. Freight Costs
Vanessa Megan Skincare Pty Ltd will cover freight costs within Australia for orders over $2,000 (excluding GST). For orders below this threshold, the following shipping and handling fees apply:
- Orders up to $1000 = $35.00
- Orders between $1000 - $1500 = $55 [50%] - $27.50
- Orders between $1500 - $2000 = $75 [50%] - $37.50
6. Damaged Stock and Returns
6.1. Reporting Damages
Stockists must report damaged stock upon receipt. Documented photos of the damaged items must be emailed for full replacement.
6.2. Return Process
In the event of damaged stock, please initiate the return process through the VM Returns Portal. A prepaid return label will be generated for your convenience. Ensurethat you print this label and securely affix it to your return package before sending itback.

7. Insurance and Liability
7.1. Insurance Coverage
Contents insurance covers stock until dispatch. Stockists are encouraged to extend insurance coverage for freighted orders.
7.2. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims, damages, loss, or expense related to the supply of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by the stockist, except where statute expressly requires otherwise.
7.3. Geographic Restrictions
The product is to be sold exclusively within Australia. Under no circumstances is the product to be distributed to any overseas companies or overseas retail outlets.

8.1. Negotiation of Terms
Terms may be negotiated at the discretion of Vanessa Megan Skincare Pty Ltd.
