Promotion period: The promotion commences 3 February 2026 and ends at a date that will be selected by the promoter in the future (the “Promotion Period”). We reserve the right to extend, shorten or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.

Eligibility: The promotion is open to first-time purchasers only. A “first-time purchaser” is defined as a purchaser who has not previously completed a purchase on our website vanessamegan.com prior to placing the qualifying order.

To be eligible for the free LumiSculpt Eye Roller, the customer must:

a) Create an account or provide an email address at checkout and sign up to our mailing list; and

b) Place their first paid order on vanessamegan.com during the Promotion Period.

Employees, contractors, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Promotional offer: Eligible customers will receive one (1) LumiSculpt Eye Roller (RRP $29.95) free of charge with their first paid purchase made during the Promotion Period, subject to stock availability.

To redeem the free LumiSculpt Eye Roller, customers must sign up to our mailing list, add the LumiSculpt Eye Roller to their cart and apply the code LUMISCULPT where prompted.

The item will be free of charge with the order once the code and sign‑up requirements are satisfied.

If the free item is not added automatically, customers must contact customer service within 7 days of placing their order to claim the item; claims after this time may not be honoured.

Limit: Limit of one (1) free LumiSculpt Eye Roller per eligible new customer/email address/household.

Exclusions & non‑combinability

• The free item is not redeemable for cash, credit, or refund.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, bundle offers or wholesale pricing unless explicitly stated.
• If an order containing the free item is returned in full, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free LumiSculpt Eye Roller (RRP $29.95) from any refund, or to require the free item to be returned in new, resalable condition.

Shipping & handling: Standard shipping charges for the order apply unless otherwise stated. Any additional shipping costs (express delivery, international duties/taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

The free item will be shipped with the qualifying order unless otherwise notified.

Stock availability: The free item is subject to availability. We are not responsible for any costs incurred if the free item is out of stock. If the free item is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute with a product of equal or greater value.

Personal information and marketing consent: By signing up to our mailing list to claim the free item, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting customer service.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this promotion is limited to the replacement of the free item at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Cancellation & returns: Standard returns policy applies to purchases. If an eligible qualifying purchase is cancelled prior to dispatch, the entitlement to the free item will be void.

If a customer returns the qualifying purchase but keeps the free item, we reserve the right to charge the RRP ($29.95) for the free item or deduct it from the refund for the returned goods.

Dispute & governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW Australia, and any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW Australia.
