This is the second bottle
"This is the second bottle of "Forme" I have received from Vanessa Megan. The first bottles' spray function malfunctioned and I was sent a new bottle. Unfortunately it has happened again. Whilst I LOVE this fragrance and have recommended to many, I need others to be aware that there is a problem with the physical spray and lid and I really hope that a different design will be used in future."

"Love the perfume - it's deliciously wonderful! However when I reached out to the helpline re: a faulty spray mechanism - which makes the bottle useless to carry with me, I received this reply. . . "Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to see that your Forme has had this issue, it's totally not ideal. As you mentioned you purchased it in Rozelle, I am assuming it was from one of our stockists. The best thing to do is reach out to them and they will help you out 😊" I think it very unprofessional to expect a stockist of their brand to manage faulty bottles - which are the fault of the manufacturer. . . . Still to try and get back to the stockist, as I have been unwell. Perfume: Lovely 10/10 Sales assistance: One star. . ."
Truly beautiful
"So pleased with this lovely perfume, soft and feminine without being sickly sweet. No headaches or skin reactions at all which is unheard of for me! Even got complimented on how nice the scent was from a total stranger last week. My sister tried it on also and it smells really different on her skin (not quite a rosey) but still very pretty."
The scent is beautiful but
"The scent is beautiful but it is more of a mist than a long lasting perfume. Also after the first use, the bottle leaked out of the top. It was replaced for free which was much appreciated, however the second bottle also leaked in exactly the same way. It seemed pointless to go back to the seller again as I believe it is obviously a fault or bad batch of bottles. If it was just an issue with the bottle I would have rated it higher, but the perfume is a scented mist at best so overall quite disappointing."
