FAQs

What are the types of skin cleansers?

Depending on your preference, you can choose from skin cleansers that are either in cream form (such as the Petitgrain pH Balancing Cream Cleanser), foaming (such as the Papaya Enzymatic Foaming Daily Cleanser) and oil cleansers (such as the Neroli and Squalene Non-Comedogenic Cleansing Oil).

How to use cleanser?

It is best to cleanse your face gently and thoroughly every evening. We recommend double-cleansing to ensure all traces of makeup are removed from your skin. Apply the cleanser in circular motions all around your face and neck, especially to places where oil and pollutants accumulate, such as on the chin and around the nose. Then, either rinse directly with water or wipe off with a lukewarm, damp face cloth.

Is it ok to use two different cleansers?

We recommend that you gently double-cleanse, especially if you have very oily skin or are removing makeup. This can be done using the same cleanser. Sometimes, you may prefer to use two different cleansers if you have a specific need. For instance, use an oil cleanser for oily skin when you have an acne breakout to remove excess oil and balance your skin, then follow with an exfoliating cream cleanser.
