Qualifications & Experience

  • Xero - essential
  • Cin7 - (preferred) or previous exposure to inventory management platforms
  • Microsoft Office
  • Would suit a return to work parent or part time student
  • A positive, proactive and 'I can do anything' attitude

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Administration support to the business working closely with the General Manager – project specific and regular tasks
  • Managing our finance/administration stack, interrogating its information and ensuring it is working to the benefit of the business (including Cin7, Xero, Shippit, Shopify and email systems)
  • Reconciling invoices / payable / receivable / statements and pursuing outstandings
  • Front office management: phone calls and walk ins - trouble shooting
